You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time via our web app at https://club.hubbleconnected.com/. I will give you the steps:
- Allez sur https://club.hubbleconnected.com/ and log in to the HubbleClub app.
- You will see your plan and behind it the ‘Cancel Renewal’ button. Click on it.
- Please choose the reason why you would like to cancel the subscription renewal.
- Submit the cancellation request.
- Note that the plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.
