My camera does not record motion-triggered events. What should I do?

If your camera does not record motion-triggered events, please check the camera’s settings:

  • Open HubbleClub app, go to the camera’s settings, and press on the Notifications tab.
  • Make sure Detect Motion is activated and Sensitivity is set to Medium (preferably) or as you prefer.
  • Make sure to set Motion Video Recording to Cloud.
  • Smart Scheduling should be either OFF or, if you activate a Scheduling, you need to set up at least one schedule set.

Please note that:

a. If Smart Scheduling is ON, but no schedule is set, the app does not detect motion. You need to set a schedule, and motion will be detected within that schedule.

b. If Smart Scheduling is OFF, the app should detect motion all the time.
