Why are you not telling me the absolute temperature?

Guardian+ wearable does not measure the oral temperature of the baby to avoid confusion between the oral and the skin temperature.

The oral temperature will always be higher than the skin temperature. We measure the skin temperature as the sensor is placed on the baby’s skin.  As soon as the sensor is on the baby’s ankle, it will show the room temperature for some time, and after 5 – 10 minutes it should reach the baby’s skin temperature. After that every 15 mins the sensor will calculate the average temperature and based on that average it will show + or -.
