Suppose the Guardian+ wearable is used on the baby and you wish to charge it. Please switch the wearable OFF first and then place it on the base unit. The LED on the base should show RED. If it’s RED it means it’s charging and eventually, it will charge completely. So, the red led will change to BLUE when it’s completely charged.
But if your wearable is discharged (since you know for sure you have used it on baby) and when placed on the base unit to charge, if it shows BLUE, then it means that it’s not placed correctly. Please move a bit up and down slightly until you see the RED LED. It is charging now.
Please charge it as per the above instructions, and it should work well for you from now on.
