I changed my Wi-Fi router (details) and now my camera is offline. What should I do?

Whenever you move the camera to a different location and/or change a router, you need to make a hard reset of your camera and go through setup again to overwrite the previous router password with the new one.

You can reset your camera by following the below steps:

  1. Please open the HubbleClub app, press on 3 horizontal lines in the right corner next to the camera, and select the bin icon to delete the camera. Confirm the deletion and check if no camera is listed on the app’s dashboard.
  2. Turn your camera off. If your camera doesn’t have a power switch, you can unplug it from the power. Wait for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Press and hold the PAIR button while turning the unit on or plugging back in the camera. Continue to hold the PAIR button until a long BEEP is heard. Note: if you hear a Ready for Pairing voice prompt, please ignore it and only release the button after the long beep. This may take a few minutes.
  4. Once you release the PAIR button, wait for the camera LED to flash red.
  5. Now set up your camera again following the steps on the screen.

Please note that the steps for the hard reset depend on the camera model that you have. If you are unsure how to hard reset your HubbleClub camera, please check its user guide for the proper steps or contact our support at support@hubbleconnected.com.
