In order to get motion-triggered videos, just make sure you have set up the correct camera settings:
- Go to camera sensor settings and then to the Notifications tab.
- Activate Detect Motion and set Motion sensitivity to low, medium, or high levels. Please note that the lower the sensitivity the less motion is picked. We recommend setting up Medium for the first time.
- Motion Video Recording should be set to ON to get videos.
- Smart Scheduling should be turned OFF or you can activate scheduling but in this case you will need to set at least one schedule. If you activate it, the app will detect/record motion events and send you motion notifications within the defined schedules.
Note that:
a. If Motion Detection Scheduling is ON but no schedule is set, the app does not detect motion. You need to set schedules and motion is detected within those schedules.
b. If Motion Detection Scheduling is OFF, the app detects motion all the time.
