When I try to set up my camera I get the message: Sorry, this device does not seem to be authorized. What can I do?

If you get this message it means that the camera UDID did not get correctly registered. 

Get in touch with support at support@hubbleconnected.com and email us the UDID code given on-screen as well as the email address linked to your Hubble Connected for Motorola account. Then our technical team can register it after which you can complete setup.
