The pink hue is either caused by the lighting conditions of the room where you placed your camera or it may be that the sensor is obstructed or not working properly.
Below I give you some common tips which may solve the issue:
- Move the camera to another better-lit position (preferably a very well-lit spot) and see whether the pink hue disappears.
- Clean the plastic covering the lens to make sure the sensor isn’t blocked by dust.
- Try to make a hard reset of the camera. (Please note that hard reset steps are different for each camera model. Please check for the correct reset steps in the user guide or contact customer support for the proper steps).
