If the wearable shows as offline in the HubbleClub app, please make sure the wearable is properly charged, powered ON, and in the range of the base unit to record the vitals.
Please note that you can check the battery level status on the HubbleClub app to ensure it is charged.
Also, you can try to switch off the wearable and turn it ON again.
