I can not view my camera’s live streaming when connected remotely.

Please check the remote network speed (upload and download speeds). The minimum network speed for HubbleClub cameras should be at least 1Mbps per camera. It is related to both networks – the one your camera is connected to and the remote network you are connected to now as well. You can test your internet speed on this site: http://www.speedtest.net

Please note that the upload speed is very important for the camera to upload the video frames. Usually, customers only focus on the download speed of their internet. In normal home premises, the customer connects many devices to the internet and thus, the upload and download bandwidth gets distributed across all devices evenly. If the upload and download speed is in 100’s of Mbps, then connectivity issues due to upload/download bandwidth can be easily ruled out.

If the network speed is good enough, please contact our customer support team at support@hubbleconnected.com.
