Yes, you can.
You can use the Orbit camera also without it being connected to Wi-Fi® provided you set Motion Video Recording to the SD Card and you ensure it’s plugged in or it has a battery. Motion is then recorded on the SD Card.
You won’t be able to use the app features: Notifications are not sent, nor does the event history get updated. It also means that the information on the battery level and the free space on your SD Card displayed in the camera list, does not get refreshed.
To view the events you can take out the SD Card and access the media files using a computer, smartphone or tablet to play, delete or download the recordings.
