Mes notifications sont retardées si j'active SmartZone. Est-ce normal?

Yes, this is normal. When you activate smartzone the motion notifications and events are a bit delayed. This is because our servers filter all incoming motion notifications and events to only display those triggered within the smartzone. This takes a few seconds and hence the delay.
