My camera is offline. What should I do?

There are several reasons why your camera is listed as offline:

  1. First of all, please make sure your camera is plugged in and turned ON.
  2. Make sure your camera is connected to the Wi-Fi network and the signal strength is good enough (not less than 90%).
  3. Your camera may show as offline, whereas it is not (this is the case if you still receive notifications, for instance). To see whether that is the case, you may want to try two things:
  • Refresh your camera list by pulling it down with your finger,
  • Turn the camera off and on again. Now your camera should be listed as online.

If this does not help, please try to do a hard reset:

  • Open the HubbleClub app, go to camera settings, and tap the trash bin icon to confirm the deletion.
  • Turn off the camera by unplugging it from power and wait for 1 minute.
  • Press and hold the PAIR button while plugging the camera back into power.
  • Continue to hold the PAIR button until you hear a long BEEP, then release the button. Remarque:: If the camera does not beep, please try the above steps once again.
  • Wait for up to 30 seconds for the camera LED to start flashing red.
  • Open the HubbleClub app, press on + button and add your camera following the onscreen instructions. Remarque:: When prompted by the app, press and hold the PAIR button again until you hear the ‘Ready for Pairing’ message, then release the button to proceed with the setup.

Please note that hard reset steps depend on your camera model as well. If you are not sure about the reset steps, please check the user guide or contact our customer support at support@hubbleconnected.com.
