Please follow the below troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
After you heard that stuttering sound, please try to just leave the base unit powered on for 3-5 minutes not pressing any buttons, and after that, the base unit should be set up. Open the HubbleClub app and check if you see the Guardian+ device in the app already.
If this does not work, please try to make a factory reset:
You can do that by pressing and holding the ‘PAIR’ button for 15 seconds in total. Once you press the pair button, you should hear a beep and a ‘Ready for Pairing’ message (after 2-5 seconds approximately); please keep on pressing on pair button until you hear the second beep (which should happen on 12-14 seconds approximately) and only after a second beep release the pair button and continue setup in the HubbleClub app.
Remarque:: Please keep the wearable off until the full setup of the base unit is completed.
