You may see flickering or black bands in the video footage from the camera. This flickering effect occurs when a nearby light’s frequency is close to the same, but not exactly the same, frequency as the camera.
- If you are located in North America or Canada you can select 60 Hz if the nearby light’s frequency is 60 Hz.
- If you are located outside North America you can select 50 Hz if the nearby light’s frequency is 50 Hz.
