Motion triggered snapshot is a feature included in the freemium package. Motion-triggered video recording is subject to a free trial or a subscription plan.
If you are not using the free trial or you didn’t subscribe to any of the subscription plans you get motion snapshots on your timeline.
If you are on the free trial or you subscribed you should get videos instead provided that:
- You applied the subscription to your camera (you can check that under the Plans tab).
- You activated motion triggered recording in the app (Camera Settings > Sensor Settings > Motion Detection as well as Motion Video Recording must be activated).
