If you didn’t receive a verification code by email you may try the following:
- 1. Check your junk mail folder.
- 2. Tap ‘Resend verification code’, or
- 3. If you no longer see the screen where to enter the code (instead you are logged out with your account blocked) then go through these steps:
• Open the Hubble Connected for Motorola app.
• Tap ‘Signup’.
• On the next screen tap ‘Already have an account? Sign in’.
• Fill out your username and password (the ones you created but did not confirm as yet) and tap ‘Login’.
• You now get to the screen where you can fill out the code and at the bottom, there is the option ‘Resend verification code’. Tap that option.
• Check your email (junk folder included if needed) to look up the code.
• Enter the verification code and tap ‘Verify!’.
