How can I get a refund for my HubbleClub subscription (paid by GooglePay)?

If you paid for the HubbleClub Premium subscription by GooglePay and would like to get a refund, then you need to contact Google directly with the refund request. Please note that we can not process a refund from our side as Google maintains a very strict data security policy and does not allow access, manage, cancel, or refund your subscription for you:

1. Open the GooglePlay app
2. Make sure you have signed in to your Google Play Store account (not HubbleClub account)
3. Select HubbleClub app
4. Scroll down to the latest orders and choose the order you would like to cancel and get a refund.
5. Under the price, tap Refund.
6. Select the appropriate refund reason.
7. Tap Refund.
