If you paid for HubbleClub Premium subscription by Apple Pay and would like to get a refund, then you need to contact Apple directly with the refund request. Please note that we can not process a refund from our side as Apple maintains a very strict data security policy and does not allow access, manage, cancel, or refund your subscription for you.
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com using your Apple ID email address, NOT HubbleClub logins.
- Tap or click “I’d like to”, then choose “Request a refund”.
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the HubbleClub app and press Submit.
- You should get the email telling you that the refund request is being reviewed.
- Once the payment is refunded you will get a confirmation email as well.
The payment should be refunded within 5-30 working days. If the refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to pay.
How to check the status of your refund request:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose Check Status of Claims. If you can’t see Check Status of Claims, you don’t have any pending refund requests.
- To see the status, tap or click Pending.
